• JCB services to MICE planners are completely free, and include the following:
  
  - For associations, we offer to liaise with the Japanese member society and assist with the bidding/hosting process from pre-bid through to delivery of the event.  We also assist in all aspects of site selection, DMC recommendations, RFPs etc.  The JCB also organizes an annual inspection trip for association meeting planners, “Meet Japan” at the end of February.
  
  - For corporate meeting planners, we can assist with venue reccommendations/availability, sourcing local suppliers, pre- and post-meeting tour ideas and more.
  
  - For incentive agents and clients, we are happy to provide itenerary and activity suggestions, reccommendations for DMCs and accommodation, images for proposals, brochures for participants, etc.
  
  The JCB also exhibits at major MICE industry exhibitions in Europe (such as IMEX and EIBTM), and is happy to meet with MICE professionals at these events.
